These are independent cases. Donations are NOT tax deductible; however, once the ERA is validated by the Supreme Court, it will protect a multitude of women’s rights and will end discrimination based on sex and will be in our Constitution. It will give aggrieved parties “strict scrutiny” which will mean that about 70% of them will win their cases. It will set new precedents all over the country.
